There is a thing that everyone looks at in anyone who comes across their paths and that is what do I stand to gain in the alliance or why do I need to associate with this person.
At first one might even think that he/she has a lot to offer until there’s a test and you’ll discover that you are not adding value to that your job or craft as the case may be.
The moment your value is questioned, the moment people begin to lose interest in what you can do for them or what they stand to gain if they continue any kind of business with you.
It is a big lie you tell yourself when you perceive you’ve won the heart of your clients or associate because the moment people find anything questionable they automatically reduce the way they rate you.
In human development as a whole, you have to know that as you learn and grow in all spheres you don’t neglect your value in all areas. If anyone must invest their time and resources in you they will be looking out for how you can also help them in one way or the other.
Take a minute to evaluate how valuable you are to those you are offering any service to or relating with. If it is questionable to you then you must know that others also have the same notion and in no distant time your services might not be required.
Connect your skills, talent, craft, and everything you know how to do with some high level of value so you don’t get fizzled out like a worthless person.
Take your value seriously and people will have no choice than to continue to invest in you because they have high trust in your value.
