Speed means different things to so many people but in simple terms, it just means moving in at a very fast pace from one point to another. But people often focus on how fast things should get but they do not think of what is there to learn when one is hoping for speed.
As much as it is interesting to experience speed in all aspects of our lives as humans it is also important to note that one cannot just be moving with very high speed without gaining so much. An athlete who runs at very high speed has a vision in mind and that’s simply getting to the finish line and receiving the medal. While running at a high speed the athlete has no choice than to run on the tracks already mapped out for the race, the moment an athlete moves out of the track and keeps running, such an athlete will just be doing such in vain cos he/she has gone out of the stipulated guidelines. So it doesn’t matter at the end what speed such an individual is running at, as long as he/she is off track, the race might just be in vain.
We need to clearly understand that having speed in every area requires that we remain on track and not lose the purpose of why we are venturing into whatever we are involved in. Do not ever try to run your race and lose focus of what you want to achieve, do not be too desperate, and be determined with your eyes on winning gold.
A man without a vision doesn’t realize that the speed at which he is running will lead to no sensible end. You need to be someone who has the strength, the courage and the zeal to fight and finish well.
Success isn’t determined by how fast you get to the finish line, other things matter and one needs to pay keen attention to them.

“It is a mistake to think that moving fast is the same as actually going somewhere”.-Steve Goodier
You will win, you will be successful but you just have to understand what speed is and move in a meaningful direction.
